Wireless alarm control panel for professional installations in both residential and commercial settings. Communication is via Wi-Fi, Ethernet and/or 4G with Dual SIM. The supervised two-way link with detectors and accessories uses radio frequency on Ajax's own Jeweller protocol in the 868 MHz band, achieving Grade 2 certification.
The wireless link is highly reliable thanks to the advanced Jeweller protocol with high-security AES encryption. The exclusive instant, intelligent supervision system detects signal jamming by identifying a set period of inactivity, and also reduces maintenance costs by considerably extending detector battery life without compromising security. The wireless signal covers distances of up to 2 km in open space. It also includes features that make installation easier, such as the SmartBracket mounting panel and simple pairing of detectors with the alarm system.
It supports up to 200 wireless zones, which can be grouped into up to 25 different groups, each of which can be armed, partially armed or disarmed. These Ajax wireless devices offer a range of possible settings, such as 24-hour zone, zone with entry or exit delay, and more.
The AJ-HUB2PLUS-W panel has an AC 110-250 V power input plus a rechargeable backup battery lasting up to 16 hours.
Quadruple communication via Wi-Fi, Ethernet and dual SIM 4G is its main advantage for remote access, for both the user and the installer, as it can be connected through the AJAX PRO Desktop PC software and the iOS and Android mobile apps Ajax Security Systems (end user) and AJAX PRO: Tool for Engineers (professionals). These apps let you configure the entire system, manage users and their permissions, add devices, group them into rooms and change their settings. Cloud use is compatible with dynamic IP addresses without the need to open ports.

As an additional complement to the Ajax alarm system, up to 100 IP cameras or video recorder channels can be added from the mobile app to view the live video stream.
