What our neighbours say
Real customers from Benalmádena, Arroyo de la Miel and Torremolinos.
Very happy with Digitel Seguridad. I live near Parque de la Paloma and wanted to feel safer at home. The installation was quick and very professional, and they explained everything perfectly. Now I control the alarm from my phone and it gives me real peace of mind.
Arroyo de la Miel
Installation service I would fully recommend. Very professional, quick and efficient from the first moment. The installation was done perfectly, works flawlessly, and the whole system was explained clearly.
Benalmádena
My flat is empty for a good part of the year and I needed to see everything from my phone. Clean installation, no building work, and the app works perfectly. Very satisfied with the result and the service.

FAQ
Straight answers, no small print
The questions we get asked most before installing.
See all questionsI have seen the Ajax kit cheaper online. Why choose Digitel Seguridad?
Because for the same price you save 4 hours of installation, badly drilled holes, doubts with the app and the risk that your insurer will not cover you. We are authorised installers based in Benalmádena: we leave it working and we answer if it fails. An online shop will not.
How long does installation take in Benalmádena? Do you cover Arroyo de la Miel?
Yes. We live here and cover all of Benalmádena: Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmádena Costa, Torremuelle, Torrequebrada and Puerto Marina. If it is urgent because someone tried to break in, we come within 24 h. We usually install within 2-3 days. We book on WhatsApp and come round. We are local, we do not drive over from Málaga to quote.
What exactly does the €295 price include? Is there any small print?
No small print. €295 is a fixed price with VAT included. It covers: the Ajax Hub, 1 motion detector, 1 magnetic door contact, 1 key fob, 1 indoor siren, the outdoor warning sign, full installation and training so you can use the app.
If your home needs more sensors, I tell you on WhatsApp with photos and give you a fixed price before we come. No surprises.
Does the alarm work against squatters? My house is empty for months.
Yes. It is one of the main reasons people call us in Benalmádena Costa. The Ajax anti-squatter setup works like this: a powerful outdoor siren plus detectors on doors and windows. If anyone tries to force entry, the siren goes off immediately and you get an alert with a photo on your phone. Most squatters leave as soon as they hear the alarm. You control everything from your phone, whether you are in London or in Norway.
What if a sensor fails or the power goes out? Who do I call?
You call me, directly on WhatsApp. As a local installer in Benalmádena I give you real after-sales service: if a sensor fails, I come and replace it. The Ajax system has a backup battery for 16 h without mains power and warns you of any tampering. You do not depend on a call centre or on shipping the equipment abroad. I am 10 minutes away.
